I created this winter blend as a gentle ritual for the colder months, something warming, grounding and easy to fold into daily life. A softly spiced, cosy drink made with Peruvian cacao, functional mushrooms and a mix of mulled spices for a rich, nurturing cup.
Perfect for slow mornings, dark evenings, or whenever you want something warm grounding and restorative.

Ingredients
Peruvian Cacao • 7 edible mushroom mix (Lions mane, Chaga, Cordyceps, Reishi, Maitake, Shiitake, Tremella) • Turmeric • Ashwagandha • Maca • Cinnamon • Black Pepper • Mulled Spices
Suggested instructions
One teaspoon every day. Stir into hot water for a tasty espresso alternative, or into hot milk for a hot chocolate with a kick. Add to smoothies, sprinkle over your breakfast bowl or add to whatever you fancy.

All the ingredients have been used in traditional cultures for 100’s of years because of their health benefits and its important we value their knowledge too. Often times the Western approach or ’scientific research can be very reductionist and misleading.
Whenever possible I always buy organic ingredients which is at least 90% from a company that support and develop ethical trade and community based projects with the benefits of harvesting non-timber forest products going to the local producer.
Cacao

Treasured for its heart warming qualities there’s also plenty of research to show that it also boosts your brain and heart health, improves your gut, skin, reduces inflammation and enhances your mood.

Chaga
