Ingredients
Like all the Brews this one is inspired my the plants that excite me.
I've been drinking Nettle tea everyday since my 20's and i absolutely love it! Its a wonderful herb for women as its so full of minerals and I credit it with not being deficient in ANYTHING when I’m tested by kinesiology!
I’ve added Oatstraw after reading Susun S Weeds fabulous book New Menopausal Years and learning how many ways it can support us.
Each bag contains 30 servings, enough to last the month.
Directions
Put 1 heaped tablespoons in a jar.
Splash of cold water first then fill with boiling water.
Put on air tight lid.
Leave for at least 4 hours to get all the good stuff. (Over night is ideal)
Heat up and drink as you wish. I use it as a cordial, put a third in a mug then top up with hot water. That way it lasts most of the day and saves money on expensive herbal tea bags.
Alternately you can just heat in a pan and have it all in one drink or drink cold.
Nettle leaf

Also its native, has been used by women for centuries and is a whole plant and not a supplement.
Oatstraw
Rich in calcium so great for bones and teeth.
Stabilizies blood sugar, heart, nerves, circulation, headaches and libido.
Lemon grass
If I’m honest I’ve always added lemongrass for the flavour but it also has nutritional value as well as being detoxifying.
High in potassium, magnesium, copper, zinc, iron and Vits A & C
