 REST UP  top tips of dealing with STRESS & ANXIETY 

5 week REST UP course.
The tools we'll use are so simple yet profoundly powerful for every aspect of our health including our growth and development.
we'll repeat the techniques and become really familiar with them so we can keep returning back into our peaceful, parasympathetic, natural state to support our wellbeing and resilience through winter. 
This will be done mostly in candle light and as always the room will be super cosy.




Stress and Anxiety are in a direct relationship with our hormonal health.

 Understanding this relationship and how learning tools to support ourselves will positively effect every aspect of our physical, mental and emotional well being as well as avoiding the negative cycles which create more stress and impact our health.

This is gonna be a truly lovely class. Like a gift to yourself.

I’ve called it  ‘Stress and Anxiety’ workshop but I could have titled it ‘deep self care’ or ‘nervous system reset’ or ‘dropping into your parasympathetic’ or ‘learning to relax’ or ‘toning the Vagus Nerve’ or many other titles that are different versions of the same thing.

This workshop is all about using simple tools that bypass the rational part to our brain, and communicate with the deeper reptilian part of our brain through the Vagus Nerve.

These tools tell the brain that we’re safe, there is no danger and we can drop into our parasympathetic nervous system which will increase our mental, emotional and physical well being.

Some of these practices are from the yoga tradition, including breath work, some from Chinese Traditional Medicine and some from more recent science based research.
