Post Natal Yoga New Borns - Crawlers
The first year post natal is such an important time to support yourself!
These classes are designed to to support you in many ways.
You will slowly retrain and strengthen your core and pelvic floor.
This is a really important part of your recovery and you'll learn how to safely regain your core strength. We'll build up strength slowly so that you can effectively get back to doing the things you love without injury.
You will get a good full body stretch
Often times we can really stiffen up while mothering our newborns, esp around the shoulders and front body. The classes will always include some delicious shoulder openers.
You'll get a moment to relax.
It is my pleasure to play with all the babies as much as possible so you get to optimise your yoga and hopefully grab a moment to breath and relax.
You'll get the invaluable support of your group.
I can't emphasise enough how valuable it is to go through this first year with others in the same boat. Benefiting from the shared experiences of the group and maybe creating friendships that last for years!!!
