Postnatal Yoga Thursdays 11.30-12.30

A class specifically designed to meet the needs of new mums.

A bringing together of over 25 years of training (including Birthlight baby yoga, core 4 specialist and vagina coach training) and teaching.

Aiding core & pelvic floor recovery, stretching out the aches and hopefully grabbing a moment to relax.

The classes are, of course, 100% baby friendly and we'll have time time for a cuppa and a catch after the class.
