I wanted to set up a class that would be accessible for everyone.
So regardless as to whether you are a complete beginner or stiff as a board, regardless of your age or body shape this yoga class is fine for you.
We can use lots of props to make sure you’re comfortable and there’s chairs if sitting on the floor is tricky.
The idea is to get the most out of the relaxing element of yoga while stretching and strengthening gently.
My only reservation is those with serious injuries. I’m not a physiotherapist, so please get in touch to see if the class would be suitable for you.

I love Wednesday mornings! Gentle Yoga class with Leif and such a lovely group of Women is a wonderful way to keep supple and fit. I have benefitted from attending this practice following knee surgery last year. Highly recommended.
Gentle Yoga is amazing! Although it's gentle the movements work the body inside & out without any strain. Leif is a wonderful teacher, always '' checking in'' with the group & individuals with regards to ensuring we're all working to our personal abilities & correcting postures. The ''whole'' experience is nourishing for the body, whilst feeding Spirit & nurturing the Soul. I always leave feeling that my ''Being'' is well, grounded, centered, grateful & appreciating the teaching, the group & my body. Thank you Jocelyn
